These Terms govern the provision of personal 1:1 astrological reading “Reading(s)” offered by Ashley Benedict, Astrologer (KAQM). By booking a reading with Fractal Astrology, you, as a client agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

 The Astrologer will analyze the astrological charts based on birth information provided by the client. The astrologer will provide insights, interpretations and guidance based on their understanding of astrology. Please refer to the disclaimer at the bottom of any page on the website for further clarification, i.e., readings do not substitute professional advice of any kind.

2. Booking and Payment/Confidentiality

The client agrees to provide accurate and completed birth information via the intake form on the “Enter the Living Question” page of our website. This information will be kept private and confidential. Payment for the readings must be submitted before booking is finalized through the specified payment buttons on the same page. Fees are non-refundable due to the nature of the service, unless otherwise stated.

3. Code of Conduct

The client agrees to engage in a respectful and courteous manner during correspondence. Inappropriate communication will result in immediate termination of the reading process.

4. Limitations of Liability

The Astrologer and/or Fractal Astrology shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from or in connection to the reading(s). Including but not limited to any claims related to accuracy, reliance or interpretation of the astrological insights provided.
